Yes — runn.site is free to use with no sign-up, no ads, and no hidden costs. The Runn Android app is also free, with an optional Runn Pro subscription that unlocks custom slugs, alternate short domains, link analytics, and a higher rate limit.

Links expire after 12 months of inactivity. Every time someone opens the link, the 12-month timer resets, so actively-used links never expire.

On the website there's no hard daily limit — bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) handles abuse and regular users won't notice. The Runn Android app caps free users at 50 short links per day per device; Runn Pro raises that to 1000 per day.

On the website, every link gets a unique auto-generated slug — custom names aren't available. Custom slugs and a choice of alternate short domains are available in the Runn Android app as part of the Runn Pro subscription.

We log the IP address, original URL, and timestamps for each shortened link. This helps us prevent abuse. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions for details.

Yes. Use our link deletion request form — enter the short link and a few details, and we'll remove it after verifying the request. In the Runn Android app, deleting a link from your history only clears it from your device; the short link itself stays active until you request removal here.

Yes. runn.site runs entirely over HTTPS and uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots and abuse. We don't ask for passwords or personal info — there are no accounts to compromise. The Runn Android app talks to the same encrypted backend, identifies itself with an anonymous install ID instead of a login, stores your link history only on your device, and contains no ads or third-party tracking SDKs. Runn Pro subscriptions are billed through Google Play, so we never see your card details.
